What's your cardio routine?

Postby bjjasia on Tue Dec 18, 2007 4:55 am

Personally, I hate running but I know it's something that I want to commit myself to doing this coming year. Curious to hear what others do to supplement their regular training.

Sparing (Grappling or boxing) is a very good cardio routine, 30 to 45 min per day. swimming is very good too.
you can do some plyometric as well, there is a good website showing different type of exercises: www.crossfit.com

I heard you man, I hate running!!

But it keeps my weight down and it helps with my endurance!

I usually run a couple of miles 3 times a week, during competition time I run 5 times a week.

I also do a lot of bodyweight exercises, pulls ups, pushups, medicine ball work, etc.
